Grilled Peppers Salad

Easy and so fast to make!
This delicious side dish doesn’t require much attention: just a Microwave-Grill and asbestos hands when you have to peel the peppers skin off ?. While they grill, you can make another dish, talk with you friend on the phone or just look up in the sky ? As I said, they are perfect as side dish, but you can also use them to top up some bruschetta!

?INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
?2 Peppers ?2 garlic cloves
?2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil ?A pinch of salt

✅ PREPARATION.
1️⃣ Place the peppers into the microwave in “grill mode” for 20 minutes, making sure to turn them from time to time so the skin can cook evenly.
2️⃣ Take the peppers out and, unfortunately, while they are still hot, peel the skin off and remove the core (seeds), really gently then cut them in thin stripes ‼️ Just be extremely careful as they are hot and the steam and water from inside the pepper could burn !!
3️⃣ Place them into a bowl and add the olive oil, the chopped garlic and the salt.
And it’s done! A side dish easy and fast but most importantly, super delicious!
